The Ninth Holy Night:

At Home with Vistas

Where the eighth home of your soul was filled with mirrors for you to see into yourself, the ninth home is filled with windows for your to see amazing vistas.

These are the vistas that matter to your soul, not to your senses.  They open up perspectives on such qualities as trust, harmony, innocence, prayer, generosity, doubt and so much more.

During the Holy Nights, in this home, your spiritual companion holds back the curtains, points to meaningful horizons, shades you from blinding glares, and asks you what you see.

This is such a spacious home and full of the light of wisdom.  In between the windows you find books and works of art that are filled with what others have seen and felt when they looked at the same vistas. 

Your spiritual companion will want you to look out of the windows. You may want to simply study the books and the art. You will choose to see what you see or to see what others have seen.

No matter what you choose or how you combine both ways of experiencing the vistas, this is the home where you shape your world views, your personal philosophies, your imaginations and your beliefs.

What vista do you want to see tonight?

After you have looked out on the vista, you can write down your philosophy, describe your wisdom-seeing view, even create your own manifesto.

 

Don't be surprised if, once you have done your writing, your spiritual companion, whispers into your heart "Look again." 

Don't forget to use the attached guide with a number of suggested questions. It will help you go deeper into your feeling of at-homeness.
