Each lifetime is a journey seeking a new and greater imagination about both selfhood and humanity. Guiding this journey is the I of the Magi.
The Magi come from the East and the direction of the rising sun and follow the star to the West and the direction of the setting sun. In each lifetime we rise in (or are born with) one sense of self and set in (or die with) another.
The I of the Magi impresses us with wise guidance for this journey from the originating sense of self to the final sense of self. It is the star that lights our way, hovering over our destination, our own I, our nascent, evolving, and final illuminated expression of divinity.
This Magi I, that fathers our evolving I, reads the starry script of our lives, the script that tells the creative narrative of our destiny.
The first Magus wisely guides our journey in our thinking following the star of personal truth.
The second Magus wisely guides our journey in our feeling following the star of harmony our relationships to ourselves, others, nature, and our times.
The third Magus wisely guides our journey in our will following the star of personal goodness through our deeds.
