4th Holy Night - The Impression of Integration
Published: Fri, 12/28/12

In those rare beautiful moments when we feel whole and all one, we experience the 4th impression of I.
Each of us has so many parts and each part has it's own perspectives, moods, wounds, strengths, weaknesses, memories of the past, and goals for the future. It is the 4th impression of I that guides us into our parts.
The first task of integration is to recognize the parts.
Integration is not forming an identity. There is nothing integral about an identity. Identities tend to exclude or deny other parts. We cannot recognize parts that are jammed and crammed too close together in a catch-all identity, or hidden in closets of self-denial.
Working with images of the Nativity, we can see many parts and
players. When we work with each of the parts/players the whole event
deepens in meaning.
The second task of integration is to organize the parts.
The third task of integration is to value the parts
Finally, the fourth task of integration is the evolving of the parts into a cohesive, coherent whole.
Like the planet in the solar system and the solar system in the galaxy and the galaxy in the universe, the recognized, organized, valued parts of yourself cohere cohesively and your destiny can be fulfilled.
In each part I have different feelings, goals, regrets, delights, frustrations and so on.
Just in naming the parts, you can feel the living impression of I found in self-integration, so observant and considerate.

In awe and with love,
But what you experience in the glory of your inner solitude, can be shared with others if you carefully and thoughtfully write about it.
Your descriptions, your insights, particularly your questions can be living inspirations for others. Please leave your comment, knowing it blesses others - not everyone, but someone will be encouraged by your courage. Your willingness to be vulnerable, transparent and luminous changes the future. Reading the messages is not the experience of the Holy Nights. The Holy Nights are a cosmic experience that can only be felt within your own soul. Be confident and seek YOUR Holy Nights.
