I want to let you know that my dear wise friend, Catharine Clarke is giving a  workshop, Soul Journaling, in Milton, Delaware the weekend before Thanksgiving.  Catharine brings you the opportunity to discover and express aspects of your deep self through writing and movement.  Catharine has a genius for nurturing the creative spirit within your heart.
