Here's the Second Question
Published: Thu, 10/29/09
Dear ,
Happy Halloween. Decorations, costumes, candy, parades. Fun and sugar highs.
But there is more. Halloween signals the
time of the year for attending to our relationships and our
conversations with all spiritual beings, not just ghosts and goblins.
Last week I said there were two questions to
ask before having a conversation with a spiritual being. The first is
"What is a conversation?"
In this post I ask you the second question.
This one is a doozie. Simple question but no simple answer. If you
have answers to this question, please share them. Write a comment on
my blog.
Do read through this entire post, especially the postscript (PS & PPS)
below my signature.
As darkness
deepens and the air chills, we long to nestle into the light and warmth
of our spiritual core and seek the ever-present reassurance of the
spiritual world.
The November Inner Year Teleseminar
"Having Conversations With Spiritual Beings"
begins on this Sunday evening, November 1st at 8PM Eastern
Remember all registered participants
receive recordings of each session and the outline of the presentation
the next day. If you cannot be "live" on the calls, you still can
benefit from the content. You can listen to the recordings as you take
a walk or make dinner. This is the benefit of the teleseminar
technology.
I am always surprised, encouraged and led into new awareness by what
Lynn brings in her teleseminars. The simple act of sitting at my desk
with a cup of tea and the phone in my hand listening and asking
questions for just one hour a week has changed my life. Sandra Burch, Portland, OR
The design of the Inner Year is not about
spiritual practice. It is about the revolving and evolving focus of our
spiritual attention through the course of the year. Focus calms and
awakens. Attention clarifies and fortifies.
Inner Autumn brings our spiritual attention
and focus to three areas of inner development: the recognition of our
relationship to evil deeds in October, our relationship to higher
beings in November, and the review of our inner development over the
year in December.
The Inner Year heals, liberates and strengthens your
soul through following the yearly activity of the two great archetypes
of human existence, Nature and the Divine. The cycle of
Nature's Year reveals the natural creative flow and design of being
human. The
cycle of the Christian Festivals reveals the divine gestures of
becoming fully
human.
If you have any questions about the teleseminars, email me.
Don't forget to change your clocks this weekend.
Enjoy the crisp cold air of nature
and the toasty warmth of your home.
With bright autumn wishes,
Lynn
