Dearest Friends,

The Holy Nights are a time for experiencing, not digesting, not applying. We have the rest of the year to digest and apply. Inner Epiphany begins this process.

 After 36 years of practicing the Holy Nights, I've come to understand that spiritual experiences require a slow integration. Even if there is a sudden transcendence, we still need lots of earthly time to let it incarnate into our daily lives, into our way of life. To go from a new certainty of spirit to a new way of living usually takes a lot of time. 

Be patient. The gods are so patient!

But it is so essential to engage your thinking, feeling and willing in imagining the new, the evolving, and the forming of purpose, your own unique, invaluable purpose.

The time of Epiphanytide is the time for imagining how to live into your purpose. Give your inner and outer future some deep attention.

The New Year

• An esoteric understanding of the four epiphanies of Jesus Christ, as the model for becoming fully human and fulfilling your personal destiny.

In the life of Jesus Christ, there are four significant epiphanies: 

• The Gifts of Nativity, 
• The Conversations in the Temple, 
• The Baptism in the River Jordan, and 
• The Wedding at Cana. 

Each epiphany was an event of transformation and each event involved the active presence of others. 

In Your Inner Christmas Journey, the weeks following the Holy Nights are the time to imagine these four epiphanies in your own life.

Of course, being human means life is full of surprises, challenges, even setbacks, but through this work you will have a foundation on which to reimagine, rebalance, and reboot in your contributions, your relationships, your well-being, and your inner development. 

The Inner Christmas Journey concludes with Inner Epiphany and designing a year in which you will become more whole and more holy, more conscious and more courageous.
