Hi Dear One,
What is the inner work that this moment in our social life requires for manifesting in our lives a new vibrant sense of a just, equitable, and inclusive human community. Imagine a community of kindness where everyone flourishes.
There is so much more to this moment in social history beyond the powerful slogan,”Black Lives Matter” that has become the dominant call to overcome injustice, inequity, and exclusion.
Yes, we need to be active in the world community and protest to express our objections to the status quo and demonstrate our commitment to justice, equity and inclusion, but the inner individual work is of equal or more significance and necessity for without inner peace and inner courage, we will have great difficulties in shaping our shared future.
Do you think if we establish laws that we will change? Laws will give us legal rights and change institutional practices but they won’t change or strengthen our hearts … that is inner work.
I want to support you in this life-changing, world-changing inner work.
An Authentic Example of My Inner Work
In my Easter post I shared the Four Sacraments of Consciousness as a profoundly effective process to get to a new understanding of yourself in relation to any challenge. These sacraments can only be performed by you
for you. No matter what your focus, the personal practice of these sacraments will lead to imaginations, inspirations and intuitions beyond your expectations. They will rock your boat with new freedoms and new love. I have attached the pdf below. Print it out…put it in your journal...make it your key reference.
With courage, I am sharing an unedited, informal video of me speaking about these sacraments and actually going through the process. I thought I was just doing a 5 min test of a new application I had downloaded for making videos,, but somehow I found myself entering into the flow of the sacraments and didn’t stop. It became an authentic example.
So please understand and forgive the messiness of appearance and background. When I do my own inner work I never comb my hair or organize my space before I begin as inner work is not alway planned and often surprises as captured in this video. The video is about 30 minutes and I think you will find both an example and an encouragement for the inner work we so need now.
Just click this link. But first, read through to the end. I don't want you to skip the rest of this post as I want you to know about my presentation on the Karma of Relationship this Friday and give you a brief description of the amazing transformative course I will be offering you this summer.
You'll find this link at the bottom of the post, too.

Since doing the work on racism and the four sacraments captured in this video, I realize I have much more to work on. I want to move beyond the benign and naive to the transformative, compassionate and courageous. More to come.
Meanwhile, I am sending lots of prayer dust and love to you.
Sending loving Imaginations,
Lynn
