Dear Friends,
Come to Seattle. Meet me and my work live. I'd love to meet you!
And come to learn the ways to bring the power of inner equanimity into your life.
If you are frequently overwhelmed, anxious, doubting, and struggling
with what's going on inside you and outside you...
If you long for a future when you can relax, enjoy, sleep, and celebrate - have a different life and a different sense of yourself...
If you long for a future when you have lots of energy and enthusiasm and know what you want your life to be about...
What you are longing for is Inner Equanimity,
the source of experiencing life's richness
in all inner and outer circumstances.
On Friday evening, November 8 and Saturday, November 9, I will be sharing my insights on how to care for yourself and learn how you can develop
an Inner Equanimity as designed and composed by you for you.
With Inner Equanimity, you live with a fluid, responsive, and dynamic capacity to meet all of life in each moment with calm courage, creativity, strength, and love. This requires a growing awareness and knowledge of your body, your mind, and your spirit, and how to relate wisely and with inner freedom to your environment.
We will consider Inner Equanimity in relationship to the challenging reality of living in our times of global presence and personal experiences of anxiety and threat, of over-stimulation, insomnia, depression, demand, and perfectionism. Inner Equanimity is not an escape from this reality, it is a creative and grounded response to it that you shape and sustain out of a vital sense of self.
An evening and a day is no quick fix, but it will give you insights that with your commitment and attention to applying them, will help you move into your Inner Equanimity. I do promise you will learn a lot about yourself!
If you are a parent, you will learn much about helping your child develop their nascent inner equanimity.

Would Sacred Listening Make a Difference?
Is This What You Need Now?
The first thing that must be established in a sacred
conversation is a core sense of safety. You need to feel you can tell
your truth and not be judged or critiqued, that your truth is respected
and held sacred.
Are you living with questions about who you are and
what you should be doing? Do you seek to find what meaning lives in
your sorrows, struggles and suffering? Do you wonder how to develop a
new relationship to your life so far that opens up desirable
possibilities for your life to come?
Do you want to approach your life from an understanding of resolving your karma and fulfilling your destiny?
You may want to
give yourself the gift of personal coaching or counseling. A good
counselor will provide the elements of warmth, containment,
encouragement and creative review and reflection. Each of us needs a
rhythm of sacred conversations centered on our own path of
self-development. If you would like to have one or more sacred conversations with me, please schedule your f^r^ee 20 minute Listening conversation here. Tell me who you are and what you are seeking.
To learn more about these private one-to-one conversations you can read the description of this personal work here. Conversations with Lynn
