39 trillion cells in 200 self-organizing, life-sustaining categories! That is how complicated we are physically. And each cell has an intelligence, a self-awareness that keeps it functioning but they are never free.
Our souls are free and that is a major complication...just ask anyone. Anywhere from 8000 to 70000 thoughts, feelings, and intentions each day live in our souls. How many of those thoughts, feelings, and intentions are about knowing yourself? Let's say one-tenth of our soul activity is about contemplating, reflecting, judging, and analyzing ourselves.
