Hi Dear Friend,

Beyond 63 may feel like a challenging task for your soul, but it is really a love feast. 

At the end of the forty days in the wilderness and His vanquishing of the three temptations, the angels ministered to Jesus Christ.  The angels will be ministering to you as you undertake these tasks of imagining living, dying, and becoming. 

I’ve been thinking more about the three gestures of Beyond 63: 

The coaching gesture of encouraging independent will and supporting self-agency and the noble effort for awakening knowledge of this earthly life and the recognizing eternal core at its center.

The counseling gesture of comforting the equanimous heart as it reflects on the beauty and truth of life, dying, death and beyond.

The compass gesture  of revealing the directions to discover the treasures of selfhood and sending you on your way.

There are two more loving gestures…the community gesture and the celebration gesture. Do you want to be part of a community that celebrates being and becoming, living and dying, wondering and trusting?

Below I am giving an example of the kind of spiritual coaching, counseling, and compass  for right aging that you will find in Beyond 63.  A Lifetime of I Am

I want to share with you one of the sacred mysteries of a lifetime. It has been a big inspiration for me since I have  been working with Beyond 63, especially on the work of Right Aging and the contemplation of life so far. 

I have always felt a deep wonder at the I Am statement from the John Gospel. “I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” Contemplating the strange new sense of self at turning 63, I began to form a picture of my  own inner experience of the Way, the Truth, and the Life in my life. 

This threefold cosmic imagination offers us an archetype for the work of selfhood. Here are a few words and an image of what I imagine and how I understand it. Like everything I will be sharing in Beyond 63, it is something to contemplate without expectation...just with self-love and inner freedom. Don't worry about suffering with uncertainty. Remember, wisdom is crystalized suffering. 

Contemplate and Imagine ... Live into the Questions of

the I Am-becoming Purpose of your incarnation shaped by your first 21 years.

the I Am-led Way you searched for and found between 21 and 42.

the I Am-filled Truth you struggled to reveal between 42 and 63.

the I Am-designed Life you can contemplate beyond 63.

These may feel like impossible questions to contemplate because they are about really imagining your highest and deepest self-awareness, but in your heart, don't you want to delve into and reach up to the Christ/I Am mysteries of your own being in this lifetime? 

What makes these questions contemplative and not judgmental is the presence of your ministering angel.

Contemplation is really about having a compassionate conversation with your angel about this lifetime. You and your angel together are looking through a lens that reveals something you can't really believe, but can really know. Together with your angel, you will see how you have found freedom as your way, love as your truth, and wisdom as your life. 

Beyond 63 provides a process for living with these questions. It is not about having right answers, proving or perfecting anything. With mysteries, there are no answers only enlivening questions. There is nothing to prove, only a variation of perspectives to consider. There is nothing to perfect, for everything is already perfect. 

Your life has been spiritually perfect. The ending of your life will be spiritually perfect. In Beyond 63, we will each imagine this spiritual perfection with earthly courage and humility.

Don't hesitate to imagine. You are not just a story. You are a Way, a Truth, and a Life. 

Become part of the Beyond 63 community. Let's celebrate our lives together. And then we will look at our lives yet to be before death arrives, what waits beyond the Threshold of Death, and how we might prepare for our next lifetime of I Am.
